How To Apply Eyeliner Like A Pro

If you’re wondering how to apply eyeliner, we can help and make it easy . With the right instructions, you won’t even feel self conscious your first time out in public . Be careful during the day time not to use too much eyeliner, it might be too dramatic  . Too little and the point is missed about using the product.

If you get it right and add just the perfect amount it will make your eyes look beautiful and even re-shape them . With just a little practice, applying eyeliner will be easy and fun and you’ll look fabulous and confident .

You have a choice of two types that you can use. You can use either a dry eyeliner pencil or liquid eyeliner that is applied with a brush. Experiment and see which one you like best . Each different type has t’s pros and cons, so you should try them both and decide .

Liquid eyeliner keeps a sharp line and does not have to be sharpened. The liquid eyeliner requires a steady hand and can get kinda messy . It can also clump together on the brush. Eyeliner pencils need to be sharpened and a soft pencil can break or lose its cap easily. An eyeliner pencil without a cap means a messy purse!.

Make your decision on the most suitable eyeliner based on your skill at putting it on with ease. If you get good at applying the liquid eyeliner first, applying pencil eyeliner will be a breeze . Someone who is experienced with liquid eyeliners will be able to brush it on with just one stroke.

If you are determined to use a liquid liner, take the time to practice using it. You will develop the skill to apply this make up before too long. You will need to be patient for the short time that it takes to dry. With practice, you can get the dark solid colouring that a liquid eyeliner offers.

When using the pencil, you have to take a little time to prepare for use as an applicator . Sharpen the pencil and then blunt the sharp pointed end of make up so that the pointed pencil will not hurt you, especially if you are new to applying this.

Apply the eyeliner on the lower and upper lids starting at the middle of the eye. If you completely encircle your eye with a liner, it creates a look that may be theatrical. Start in the centre of the lids and apply in an outward stroke. It may help you to imagine that you are following an invisible line as you apply a line to your lower lids under the lash line.

To get a smoky look, lightly smudge the outer corner of your eye, but be careful not to smudge too much.  If you smudge too much or to far in you’ll get the dreaded raccoon look .
